Royal Wedding

Heather, Alecia, Kristi & I got together to watch the Royal Wedding on Saturday morning (we avoided all television coverage and watched it together the morning after the big wedding!).  The kiddos came along and played together.  Of course we had tea & crumpets - and a slew of other treats thanks to Heather & Alecia!

Easter Sunday

The Easter Bunny hid eggs throughout the house and Izzy hunted for them.  He knew just what she would like:  fingernail polish, chapstick, tangled book & CD, and chocolate!

Izzy & Mommy are ready for Easter Mass!

After mass, we headed to West Seattle for Easter Brunch at my parent's house.

Easter Egg Coloring

Gerald, Izzy & I colored eggs the Friday before Easter.  It was Izzy's first time and Gerald loved doing it with her!

Bunny Bounce

We attended Bunny Bounce at the Woodland Park Zoo with the Weil's.  It was fun - and the weather even decided to cooperate for us!  Here are few photos from the egg hunt:

Everyone thinks they're sisters - I wonder why?!

We fed the birds - Jil was the "bird whisperer"
With a little help from Jil, Izzy got the hang of it!

So peaceful!

Happy bird & Happy Izzy!

M & M's

We were in Bremerton the weekend before Easter and we stopped at Walmart.  Izzy found M&M's all over the store and wanted a photo with each one.  Pretty funny!

Izzy & Nick

Izzy spends every-other Friday with my parents in West Seattle.  They live in a wonderful neighborhood and Izzy is like a resident there.  Many Fridays Izzy gets to play with Nicolas & Natalie down the block - I was home early enough one Friday to see them in action.  Here they are riding in Nick's Jeep - they had a blast!

Building

It's funny how many toys that we bought for Izzy when she was little are preferred by her now that she's older.  Here she stacked her duplo blocks taller than herself (while Daddy assembles the marble maze in the background).

Heather's 29th Birthday

Happy belated birthday to my sister Heather!  She turned 29 in March and I haven't updated the blog since then!  Here are a few fun photos from her pottery painting party:
